SDA’s delivery model is based upon a collaborative partnership. We collaborate with our clients through two types of partnership models.
» Classic Consulting Model:
- Project-based – Client would like an experienced team to take ownership of the project by providing an end-to-end solution
- Expert services – Client requires technical experts for a specific needs
» Extended Community Model:
- Client requires a vendor partner to be an extended component of its staff
